Arbistake Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 October 2026

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Arbistake’s website, dashboards, odds-comparison tools, arbitrage-detection tools, alerts, calculations, data displays, and related services (the “Service”). Arbistake is free to use.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Who We Are

Arbistake is a free tool built and operated by an individual developer for users in Nigeria. Contact: arbistakeworks@gmail.com

In these Terms, “Arbistake”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the individual developer who builds and operates Arbistake.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old. The Service is for adults only.
  • You are located in Nigeria and are legally permitted to use the Service.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are not subject to a self-exclusion, gambling restriction, court order, or bookmaker restriction that prohibits you from using betting-related information.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, organisation, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service. We may ask you to confirm your age, identity, or location at any time, and may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you do not meet these requirements.

3. Description of the Service

Arbistake is an information service. It displays and compares odds quoted by third-party bookmakers, shows apparent arbitrage opportunities and price differences, offers stake calculations and theoretical return figures, and sends alerts about these.

3.1 Information only

Arbistake does not:

  • Accept, place, settle, hedge, or manage bets, on your behalf or otherwise.
  • Operate as a bookmaker, betting exchange, betting agent, or payment service.
  • Hold, receive, transfer, or manage any betting funds.
  • Connect to, open, or operate your bookmaker accounts, or store bookmaker login details.
  • Guarantee odds availability, stake acceptance, bet settlement, withdrawals, or outcomes.

Every bet, deposit, withdrawal, registration, and verification with a bookmaker is made by you directly with that bookmaker, under its own terms and rules.

3.2 Not financial or betting advice

Nothing on Arbistake is financial, investment, legal, tax, gambling, or betting advice. Arbistake does not recommend any bet, bookmaker, stake, or deposit, and does not tell you to take any financial risk.

A stake calculation is a mathematical illustration based on the information available at that moment. It is not a guarantee that a bet is available, lawful, profitable, or executable. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3.3 Links to bookmakers

The Service may link to third-party bookmaker websites. These links are for convenience only, and Arbistake does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee any bookmaker.

4. Accounts and Security

4.1 Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information, using your own identity and contact details.
  • Create only one account, unless Arbistake expressly agrees otherwise.
  • Use the Service only for your own personal, lawful purposes.

4.2 Keeping your account secure

You are responsible for your password, email access, and devices. Use a strong password, keep your credentials private, and do not share your account.

Tell us immediately at arbistakeworks@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access or a security incident. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you tell us promptly about unauthorised use and we determine you were not responsible for it.

4.3 No sharing or resale

You must not sell, rent, transfer, share, or give anyone else access to your account, alerts, reports, odds data, calculators, or login credentials.

5. Your Responsibility for Your Bets

You are solely responsible for:

  • Deciding whether to place a bet, and how much to stake or deposit.
  • Checking the legality, licensing, and suitability of any bookmaker in your location.
  • Following each bookmaker’s own rules, terms, and settlement policies, and your own account obligations with it.
  • Verifying odds, markets, stake limits, promotions, and withdrawal terms directly with the bookmaker before acting.
  • Every bet you place, including its outcome and any loss.

Bookmakers do not all settle the same bets the same way. Differences in rules (for example on overtime, retirements, abandoned matches, or voided selections) can mean that two bets that look like a matched pair do not both pay out as the displayed figures assume. Arbistake may flag some of these differences, but it cannot identify all of them, and you can lose money because of them.

You must never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

6. No Guarantees

Arbistake does not guarantee that:

  • Any displayed odds, price, alert, or opportunity is accurate, current, available, or profitable.
  • A bookmaker will accept your stake, honour a quoted price, or settle a bet in any particular way.
  • An apparent arbitrage opportunity will produce a profit, or that any opportunity can actually be executed.
  • You will avoid losses, voided bets, stake limits, account restrictions, or withdrawal problems.

Odds change, markets are suspended, bookmakers reject stakes, and bookmaker rules affect how bets are settled. Check everything yourself before you act. Past results do not predict future results.

7. Account Deletion

You can ask us to delete your account by emailing arbistakeworks@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.

Once a request is verified, we will confirm the scheduled deletion date. You have 30 days from that confirmation to withdraw the request. If you do not, we will permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it, except information we must keep to meet legal obligations or to deal with fraud, abuse, or legal claims.

A deleted account cannot normally be restored. You may create a new account later, subject to these Terms.

8. Responsible Use and Self-Restriction

If betting is causing you financial, personal, or emotional harm, please seek independent help. You may ask us to restrict your access at any time by emailing arbistakeworks@gmail.com with the subject line “Self-Restriction Request”, choosing 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 365 days, or a permanent restriction.

During a restriction period we will suspend your access and stop sending you alerts. Arbistake cannot restrict your bookmaker accounts, stop you from using other betting sites, cancel or settle your bets, or recover money you have lost. We may keep the limited information needed to honour the restriction.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not let anyone else:

  • Use the Service if you are under 18, or outside Nigeria, or where its use is unlawful.
  • Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, match fixing, market manipulation, or any other unlawful activity.
  • Copy, scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service, or use bots, scripts, or automated browsers to access it, without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Service, except where the law permits it.
  • Bypass access controls, rate limits, or other security measures.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or Arbistake’s systems without authorisation.
  • Upload malware or do anything that interferes with the Service’s availability or security.
  • Share, resell, publish, or commercially exploit Arbistake data, alerts, or content, or use them to build a competing service, without our written permission.
  • Impersonate Arbistake, another user, or a bookmaker, or suggest that Arbistake endorses a bookmaker when it does not.

We may monitor use of the Service to protect users, detect abuse, secure our systems, and enforce these Terms, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Notice.

10. Third-Party Bookmakers

Your relationship with any bookmaker is only between you and that bookmaker. Before using a bookmaker, read its terms, responsible-gambling policies, privacy notice, verification requirements, and betting rules.

Arbistake is not responsible for losses, disputes, account closures, rejected or voided bets, delayed or refused withdrawals, or any other matter arising from your use of a bookmaker.

11. Intellectual Property

Arbistake and its content, including its name, branding, software, designs, calculators, data compilations, and alerts, are owned by or licensed to Arbistake and protected by law.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Arbistake content except as these Terms permit or with our written permission.

Bookmaker names, trademarks, and sports data belong to their owners. Showing them does not imply endorsement, partnership, or licensing by Arbistake.

12. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you allow us to use them for any lawful purpose without payment or credit to you.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service useful and reliable, but do not guarantee that it will always be available, accurate, complete, or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, bookmakers, sports, data sources, or access at any time, and carry out maintenance or security work.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by bookmakers, data providers, hosting or internet providers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where practical, we will give advance notice of planned interruptions.

14. Suspension, Removal, and Ending Use

You may stop using Arbistake at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in section 7.

We may block, suspend, restrict, or remove any user or account, with or without notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary, if we reasonably believe that the user has breached these Terms, provided false information, misused the Service, shared their account, engaged in fraud or abuse, or is using the Service in a way that creates legal, security, or other risk. Where practical, we will tell you why.

When an account ends, your right to use the Service ends with it. Sections 5, 6, 15, 16, 17 and 18 continue to apply after that.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without any warranty of accuracy, reliability, availability, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or profitability.

In particular:

  • Odds can change without notice.
  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
  • Stake calculations may not reflect stake limits, commissions, currency, rounding, or bookmaker settlement rules.
  • A displayed opportunity may not be executable or profitable.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbistake, and its developer, are not liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. This includes losses from your betting decisions, bookmaker choices, deposits, withdrawals, rejected or voided bets, account restrictions, bookmaker rule differences, odds movements, or reliance on any information shown in the Service.

This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer right under Nigerian law.

17. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arbistake and its developer from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, your use of any bookmaker, or any bet you place.

18. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand what we collect and your rights in respect of it.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you, the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Arbistake agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting arbistakeworks@gmail.com and allowing at least 30 days for a response.

20. Changes, General Terms, and Contact

20.1 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice on the website or by email, and the updated Terms take effect on the date stated. Continued use after that date means you accept them, to the extent the law allows. Changes do not apply retrospectively to disputes that arose earlier.

20.2 Entire agreement, severability, and waiver

These Terms and the Privacy Notice form the entire agreement between you and Arbistake about the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

20.3 Electronic notices

We may send notices by email, dashboard message, or website notice. Keep your email address current.
